These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Projecto Fi ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Projecto Fi application and any related website, media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions provided by you to Projecto Fi are non-confidential and become our sole property, with full rights for lawful use without compensation to you.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.
Projecto Fi respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Procedures for submitting notifications and counter-notifications remain as described in the original Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Projecto Fi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
